Terms of Service

These terms set product boundaries and operating responsibilities. A signed order form or negotiated agreement may add or override terms.

Last updated 24 August 2026

Public-launch gate: this product-aligned draft must be reviewed and approved by qualified privacy, healthcare and commercial counsel for each supported jurisdiction before CareFlow accepts real healthcare data or payment under these terms. It is not presented as legal advice or a signed customer agreement.

01

Authority and accounts

A person creating a workspace confirms they are authorised to act for the named organisation and will provide accurate business and billing information.

Accounts are individual. Administrators must assign least-privilege access, remove departed users promptly and protect credentials and devices.

02

Permitted use

CareFlow may be used for lawful healthcare-business operations within the purchased vertical, plan and capacity. Users must not probe security, bypass access controls, introduce malware, scrape other tenants, or use the service to violate privacy, clinical or payment obligations.

03

Clinical and AI boundary

CareFlow is operational software and decision support. It does not replace a qualified clinician, laboratory verifier, pharmacist, accountant or legal adviser. AI-assisted evidence and proposed actions require authorised human review before use.

04

Customer responsibilities

The customer determines lawful collection, notice and consent; configures authorised staff; validates clinical templates and printed records; maintains devices and connectivity; and uses non-sensitive test data until its production controls are ready.

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of data entered and decisions made from it.

05

Service, changes and support

Implemented scope is described by the product and Trust Centre. Integrations, private deployment, uptime commitments, custom service levels or ABDM/HMIS work apply only when separately assessed and agreed in writing.

Support and security enquiries go to hello@careflowosai.com. Incident priorities and response expectations must be stated in the applicable order form or support schedule.

06

Commercial terms and termination

Displayed prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. The checkout confirms the exact period, units, tax and amount before payment. Subscription, cancellation and refund rules are published separately.

Either party may suspend access required to protect users, the platform or legal compliance. Data export and deletion follow the documented lifecycle, subject to lawful retention.

07

Ownership and responsibility

Customers retain rights in their workspace data. CareFlow retains rights in the service, design, software and documentation. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying the customer.

Liability limits, warranties, indemnities, governing law and dispute terms require the final executed commercial agreement and counsel-approved version of these terms before public launch.
